How to use it

Cold milk, yoghurt, or straight from the bag by the handful. The clusters hold their crunch.

Handmade in Belgium with whole grains, oat flakes, flaxseed and sunflower seeds, baked with 8% Zùsto dark chocolate and 4% almonds and hazelnuts. Enough cocoa to make the bowl worth getting up for.

Most granola carries 11% to 25% sugars, which turns a 50 g bowl into ten grams of added sugar before the day has started. This one has none added, and 21% fibre against the 7 to 8% most granolas manage.

Also made as Chocolate & Raspberry, with 8% Zùsto dark chocolate callets and 1,2% raspberry, at 23,2 g fibre per 100 g.

Handmade in Belgium.

I’m a superfan of Zùsto! The 1 to 1 ratio is nice and easy when baking and it doesn’t have an unpleasant aftertaste. The 75% fewer calories (compared to sugar) are an additional benefit. In short: Zùsto has been granted a permanent place in the pantry.
