The product
Soft meringue foam on a butter biscuit base, wrapped in Belgian milk chocolate. Same bite, same collapse, same mess down the front of your shirt.
Developed with Stephan Destrooper, grandson of the biscuit maker Jules Destrooper. The meringue, the biscuit and the chocolate are all sweetened with Zùsto, which is how a melocake arrives at 88% less sugar and 26,8 g of fibre per 100 g.
Ten bite-size cakes of 22 g, wrapped one by one, so they travel in a bag without turning into a story.
