How to keep it

Keep cool and dry. In high summer chocolate travels badly, so order with warm days in mind.

The product

Belgian dark callets at 64% cocoa, balanced so the bitterness of the cocoa sits against the sweetness of the fibre rather than against sugar. They melt evenly and set with a snap, so ganache, glazes and cookie chunks all behave.

Dark chocolate usually carries around 48% sugar, milk chocolate 52%, white 59%. These carry 0,6 g of sugars per 100 g, none of it added, and 34 g of fibre.

Intense enough to eat on their own, straight from the bag, which is not the intended use and happens anyway.

Belgian, and you can tell
Rich without being heavy. It has that proper Belgian finish, and I never feel like I am eating something reduced.
