How to use it
Cold, over waffles, pancakes or ice cream. It also works as the quiet ingredient in a baking recipe.
The product
Belgian advocaat made the slow way, with real egg yolk and real vanilla, and Zùsto in place of the sugar. Rich, creamy, silky, and thick enough to hold a spoon upright.
A 200 g jar with 25% fibre. Pour it cold, spoon it over ice cream, or fold it through a dessert and let it sink in.
